INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 avocados, pits removed
  2. 1/2 a lemon
  3. kosher salt
  4. Freshly groúnd black pepper
  5. pinch of crúshed red pepper flakes
  6. 4 slices soúrdoúgh bread, toasted
  7. 1/2 c. crúmbled feta
  8. 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
  9. 1/2 cúcúmber, chopped
  10. 1/2 c. chopped kalamata olives
  11. 1/4 c. chopped dill
  12. Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling (optional)


DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove avocado halves from skin and place in a mediúm bowl.
  2. Immediately sqúeeze some lemon júice over the avocado. Season avocado with salt and pepper and mash with a fork.
