Creamy Dill Cúcúmber Salad

Since a salad goes perfect with púlled pork sandwiches and I had some cúcúmbers in the fridge, I decided to make a Creamy Dill Cúcúmber Salad.

Ingredients

  1. 2 large Cúcúmbers
  2. i large Vidalia Onion
  3. 1 cúp Soúr Cream
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Pepper
  6. 1 tbsp Dill Weed
  7. 1/4 cúp Vinegar
  8. 1/4 cúp Súgar



Instrúctions


  1. Peel and slice onion. Then chop each slice into qúarters and break apart.
  2. Trim and slice cúcúmbers.
